Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation is a registered arts organisation that is indigenous to Niger State and with branches and coordinators in some states in Nigeria. Its primary focus is teen arts. Over the years, it has published numerous teen authors and organised teen arts festivals, some of which are the Nigerian Festival of Teen Authors, HIASFEST, WAKASO poetry prize, and Abubakar Gimba prize for short story. It has also been involved in reading campaigns, citizenship and sexuality education for teenagers.
